The Indianapolis Metropolitan Planning Organization (IMPO) is extending it's public comment period on the Public Participation Plan to Friday, January 15th. The Public Participation Plan is the document which provides the public participation requirements for the transportation planning process in the Indianapolis Metropolitan Planning Area. The proposed plan is now available on the MPO's website at

to the tax return.

The attendance is not close to capturing the 22 million race fans.
